AC Accelerometers
The Hansford AC accelerometer family is an industrial sensor collection delivering the raw PZT (piezoelectric) vibration signal as mV/g output. Unlike 4-20 mA transmitters (HS-420 family) that connect directly to PLC, this family is designed for spectrum analysis, frequency-based fault diagnostics, and advanced predictive maintenance applications.
OEM Accelerometer Capsules
The Hansford OEM Capsule family consists of <strong>unhoused PZT accelerometer cores</strong> for integration into your own vibration monitoring device. Unlike standard industrial accelerometers (HS-100, HS-150), they do not include connectors, mounting threads, or weatherproof housing — you place the sensor chip into your own enclosure and design your own connector and mounting system. Designed for device designers, OEM integrators, wireless vibration node manufacturers, and custom test rig developers.
Hansford Vibration Systems and Switches
The Hansford Vibration Systems and Switches category contains the DIN-rail mountable electronic system infrastructure behind your sensors. Trip modules that provide on-site alarm/shutdown without PLC, multi-channel modules that monitor 3-4 sensors over a single cable, PSU modules for IEPE supply, charge amplifiers that connect legacy charge-mode sensors to modern IEPE systems, and polycarbonate enclosures for field installation of these modules.
