Terms of Use

These terms apply to all site pages, content, RFQ/support forms and API integrations. Individual product sales are subject to separately issued commercial sales contracts or proforma invoices; in case of conflict, the commercial contract prevails.

The site is aimed at professional visitors such as engineers, procurement officers and technical decision-makers. We do not perform consumer (B2C) sales through this platform.

All text, images, logos, design and databases on the site belong to IMB Electric or its licensors. Manufacturer brands (GIGAVAC, Rincon Power, ASM, DSTI, etc.) are registered trademarks of the respective owners and used here solely for identification. No reproduction, redistribution or derivative work is allowed without prior written consent.

• Product descriptions, technical data and images are based on manufacturer documentation and may be updated by the manufacturer. The current datasheet is always the binding reference.
• Prices and stock information shown on the site are informational and not binding unless confirmed by a formal quote or proforma invoice.
• We reserve the right to correct any obvious typographic, printing or system errors.

• Use that violates laws or third-party rights is prohibited.
• Automated scraping, reverse engineering and requests intended to harm infrastructure are prohibited.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit via forms.

IMB Electric operates in line with UN, EU and Republic of Türkiye regulations. We do not sell or ship to embargoed/sanctioned countries or restricted end-users. See the Compliance page for details.

• Only the relevant manufacturer's warranty applies to products. IMB Electric does not provide any implied or additional warranty beyond the manufacturer warranty.
• Site content is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IMB Electric's total liability is limited to the invoiced value of the order in question. Indirect, incidental or loss-of-profit damages are excluded.

The site may include external links to manufacturers, logistics providers and standards bodies. The content of these external resources is the responsibility of the respective parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
