SIM100MOD Series

The Sendyne SIM100MOD is the first high-voltage isolation monitoring module designed for EVs and hybrid vehicles. Patented signal injection and dynamic self-calibration algorithm provides correct operation even when the battery is active with large voltage variations, and remains functional when the battery is not connected. CAN 2.0B isolated interface (250 or 500 kbit/s), ±1500V max measurement (xNx) or ±960V (xMx), 24 SKU variants (2 CAN × 3 voltage × 4 connector combination). +4.8 V to +53 V supply, -40°C / +125°C electronics, -40°C / +105°C with connectors. Compliant with ISO 6469-3:2011-12, UL 2231-1, UL 2231-2, IEC 61557-8, CFR 571.305.

SIM100MLP Series

The Sendyne SIM100MLP is the modular and flexible version of SIM100MOD. Operates with the same patented signal injection and dynamic self-calibration algorithm; offers 100V, 1100V, or 1500V voltage class options. CAN 2.0B isolated interface (500 or 250 kbit/s), optional 120Ω termination resistor. All Molex connectors included (2.54 mm pitch, right-angle header). Compact 60×50×22.9 mm size. +4.8 V to +53 V supply, <375 mW (5V) / <475 mW (48V) power consumption. Operation -40°C / +125°C (electronics), -40°C / +105°C (with connectors). 12 SKU variants: xKx (1100V) standard, xLx (100V) and xNx (1500V) special order. Compliant with ISO 6469-3:2011-12, UL 2231-1, UL 2231-2, IEC 61557-8, CFR 571.305.

SIM200 Series (Next-Gen)

The Sensata SIM200 is the next-generation Insulation Monitoring Device (IMD) launched in March 2025. Designed for continuous active monitoring of unearthed (Isolated Terra) DC systems with nominal operation above 60 VDC — including charging stations and EV power systems. Patented signal injection algorithm delivers continuous 'Always-On' monitoring even when the system is off or experiencing large voltage variations. UL2231 recognized. 4 voltage classes (xNx 1500V, xKx 1000V, xPx 500V, xQx 100V), modular CAN 2.0B interface (500 or 250 kbit/s), optional 120Ω termination, dedicated digital fault state output (1× digital + 1× PWM), stored capacitive energy monitoring, configurable warning level + fault threshold + CAN ID. Operation -40°C / +85°C. 9 – 30V supply (60 mA @12V / 28 mA @24V). Robust self-diagnosis.
